Refund & cancellation policy

CreatorAI is a digital subscription service. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for our paid plans (Starter, Pro and Agency). The Free plan involves no payment and needs no cancellation.
1. Free plan first
Every feature-limited Free plan exists precisely so you can try CreatorAI before paying. We encourage you to use it to confirm the product fits your needs before purchasing a paid plan.
2. Cancellation
- You can cancel a paid plan at any time by emailing support@creatorai.in from your registered email address.
- Cancellation stops future billing. Your paid features remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your account moves to the Free plan.
- No further charges are made after cancellation.
3. Refunds
- First purchase, 7-day guarantee: if you are not satisfied with your first purchase of any paid plan, email us within 7 days of payment and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
- Renewals: renewal payments are not refundable once the new billing period has started. To avoid an unwanted renewal, cancel before your billing date.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges: if you were charged twice or charged incorrectly, contact us and we will refund the incorrect amount in full.
- Partial periods: we do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused days of a billing period, except as described above.
4. How refunds are processed
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method through our payment partner, Razorpay.
- Refunds are initiated within 2 business days of approval and typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- We will confirm by email when your refund has been initiated.
5. How to request a refund or cancellation
Email support@creatorai.infrom your registered email address with the subject "Refund request" or "Cancel my plan", and include the email you registered with. We respond within 2 business days.
6. Nature of the service
CreatorAI is a purely digital service — nothing is shipped physically, so no shipping or delivery policy applies.
