Terms of service

These terms govern your use of CreatorAI, the AI-powered social media content platform available at creatorai.in. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

CreatorAI provides AI tools for social media creators, including caption, script, hashtag and image generation, photo enhancement, viral clip extraction, a teleprompter, trend discovery, and scheduling of posts to connected Instagram professional accounts and Facebook Pages. Features vary by subscription plan as described on our pricing section.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old, and meet the minimum age required by any social platform you connect.
• One person or entity per account; accounts are not transferable.

3. Plans, payments and limits

• CreatorAI offers a Free plan and paid plans (Starter, Pro, Agency) billed in Indian Rupees. Current prices and inclusions are listed on the pricing section of our homepage.
• Each plan includes monthly usage limits (for example, generations, AI images and scheduled posts). Limits reset monthly.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay). We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Cancellations and refunds are handled per our Refund & cancellation policy.
• We may change plan prices or inclusions with prior notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

4. Connected social accounts and scheduling

• Connecting Instagram or Facebook is optional and done through Meta's official login. You can disconnect at any time.
• When you schedule a post, you authorize CreatorAI to publish that specific content to your connected account at the time you chose.
• You are responsible for ensuring anything you schedule complies with Instagram's and Facebook's own terms and community guidelines.
• Publishing depends on Meta's platform being available and your connection being valid; if a post fails (for example, an expired connection), we show the reason in your queue so you can fix and retry.

5. AI-generated content

• AI outputs (captions, scripts, images, scores) are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose. Review everything before you publish it.
• You are solely responsible for content you choose to publish, on any platform.
• AI image generation has known limitations — for example, rendered text and brand logos may not be accurate.
• Subject to these terms and to our providers' terms, you may use the outputs generated for you, including commercially, and we claim no ownership over them.

6. Your content

• You retain ownership of photos, videos and text you upload.
• You grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the service (for example, sending an image to an AI model to write its caption, or hosting a scheduled photo so Instagram can fetch it).
• You must have the rights to any content you upload.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use CreatorAI to:

• create or publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or infringes others' rights;
• send spam or engage in platform manipulation that violates Meta's policies;
• reverse engineer, resell or abuse the service, or attempt to bypass plan limits or security;
• upload malware or attempt to disrupt the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep CreatorAI reliable, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available", and depends on third-party providers (including Meta, AI model providers and hosting infrastructure). We may modify, add or remove features over time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using CreatorAI and request account deletion at any time (see the data deletion section of our privacy policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, with notice where reasonable.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
